Returns / Exchanges

We want to make things as simple and easy as possible when buying clothes.  Let's be honest, things don't always fit, so we're more than happy to offer exchanges or refunds.

Underwear is non returnable

Refund / Exchange Policy:

Your garment must be unworn (obviously this doesn't include trying it on!) with hang tags still on.  Please return your unworn item(s) to the address below within 14 days. 

Please include your original order number in the package, together with details of the exchange required.  We will exchange your garment(s) upon receipt.

If returning for a refund, please tell us the reason why if you don't mind - as this is useful for us.  

All of our clothing is printed to order, including your new items.  We do not have our clothes on the shelves at Spoke and Solace, we print everything fresh for our customers.  The return address is below.

Returning items:

Please follow the process above to return your garments to us and we will process your refund/exchange upon receipt. 

Unfortunately we are not able to refund the original postage paid or cover the postage for returning the garments to us.  We're sorry about this, but we're just too small a company to absorb these costs.  We will of course do whatever we can to help if this is a problem. 

If exchanging your item(s) we will cover the cost of shipping the new items out to you.

If items are returned after the period stated above a refund will not be offered.

Faulty Items:

In the rare event that you have a problem with your order, please contact us straight away at and we will do whatever possible to rectify and make sure you're 100% happy with your purchase.

Proof of any fault with your purchase may be requested  Any fault must be reported as soon as discovered.
