We print/embroider everything to order within 3 working days, often sooner.  

Royal Mail are taking strike action on Friday 30th September and Saturday 1st October.  Unfortunately this means that our parcels will be not be collected from our studio to be delivered to our customers on Friday 30th.
  
We will have our orders collected on Monday 3rd October and then normal Royal Mail service resumes, however, we expect this to delay parcels while Royal Mail catch up.

 

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
    
We have temporarily removed the ability to upgrade Tracked 24 shipping while this strike action is happening, as it would be unfair to promise you a quicker service when inevitably there will be delays due to this strike action.

All shipping timings below are after your garment(s) has been printed - please remember we print/embroider everything ourselves.

We cannot compete with Amazon Prime, same day/next day, even though we try to print as quickly as we can.

Our mailing bags are reusable and 100% degradable/compostable.  It's important to us to take care of the world we ride in.

CUSTOM CHARGES

The customer may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before they can claim their parcel. These charges will depend on the country they are in and the value of the item.

Spoke and Solace are unable to cover these costs unfortunately.  Please look into this before purchasing.
